As a Live Chat Assistant, your goal will be to answer questions from customers quickly and accurately. We will train you on how to carry out this task and what the most common questions from customers are.
At the start of your shift, you log in to the business's Facebook Messenger account and answer any questions that come in via the chat during that time. Anyone looking for an entry-level live chat job will find this position ideal.
